Agreement

By using Purrphecy or creating a Clouder account, you agree to these terms and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Entertainment, not professional advice

Purrphecy provides playful reflection and entertainment. Readings, comparisons, personality language, tarot, Sky lore, and community reports are not veterinary, medical, behavioral, legal, or other professional advice. Seek a qualified professional for real-world concerns.

Your account

You must be at least 13 and legally able to accept these terms. Keep access credentials secure, provide accurate account information, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for actions taken through your account.

Your cats and shared material

You retain rights in material you provide. You grant Purrphecy a limited, worldwide license to host, transform for safety and delivery, display, and distribute only the content you elect to publish for operating Clouder. You represent that you have permission to share it and that it does not violate another person’s rights. The license ends when the material is deleted, subject to operational backups, legal obligations, and previously finalized anonymous aggregate reports.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate others; harass or threaten people; exploit animals; share illegal, sexual, violent, hateful, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-invasive material; automate abusive activity; evade blocks or moderation; probe or disrupt the service; scrape profiles; or attempt to identify private accounts or suppressed statistics.

Community decisions

We may filter, quarantine, reject, hide, remove, or restrict content and accounts to protect people, animals, the service, or legal obligations. We may preserve evidence needed for an investigation. You may report content and contact support to ask about a moderation decision.

Subscriptions and paid features

If paid features are offered through an app store, purchase, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules are also governed by that store. Basic Clouder comparisons are distinct from any deeper paid compatibility report.

Availability and changes

Features may change, pause, or end. We aim to provide clear notice when a change materially affects published content or account rights, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Purrphecy is not responsible for decisions made from entertainment content, third-party services, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending use

You may stop using Purrphecy, unpublish cats, and delete your Clouder account in the app. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security threats, or legal requirements.
