Cats at the center.
Humans accountable.
Effective August 25, 2026 · Last updated August 25, 2026
Be kind to animals and people
Clouder celebrates cats without encouraging harm, neglect, dangerous stunts, exploitation, or ridicule directed at a person. Content suggesting an animal is in danger may be removed and escalated when appropriate.
Share only what is yours to share
Publish only cats and photos you are authorized to represent. Do not share a person’s face, location, contact details, private messages, documents, or identifying information. Public human profiles are not part of Clouder.
Keep it cat-appropriate
No sexual content, graphic injury, hateful material, threats, scams, impersonation, spam, illegal content, manipulated evidence, or attempts to recruit people into unsafe activity.
Use structured interactions honestly
Do not coordinate reactions or poll responses to manipulate community reports, automate follows or searches, create deceptive accounts, evade a block, or repeatedly send unwanted connection and comparison requests.
Reports and blocks
Use Report when content or behavior may violate these rules. Use Block when you do not want interaction between the accounts. Reports are confidential to the extent practical; retaliation for a good-faith report is prohibited.
How moderation works
New or changed photos may remain in quarantine until approved. Names and bounded lore may be normalized, filtered, or reviewed. Depending on context and severity, actions may include a warning, content rejection or removal, feature restriction, connection revocation, temporary suspension, or account deletion.
Safety contact
Report in the app whenever possible because it preserves the relevant item ID. For a safety issue you cannot report in-app, email [email protected]. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency or animal-welfare service.
